Training is thorough and up-to-the minute, and the CLHMS designation indicates proven experience as well as special knowledge of the luxury market. To earn the designation, an agent must successfully list and/or sell luxury properties in the top 10% of his or her market area, as defined by the area's sales prices in the most recent 12 months. (Homes priced under $500,000 will not be considered, even if the top 10% of a particular market is below the $500,000 minimum.) Agents must also complete two full days of classroom training and be members in good standing of the ILHM. 


In-the-know affluent buyers and savvy sellers often now express a preference for agents with the CLHMS designation; they know these agents have the insight and thoughtfulness they require.


The CLHMS is vital and prestigious, yet it's only one among more than a dozen designations earned by William True and his team at True Real Estate.
