Siesta Key is well known for its sand and beaches. But The Pointe on Midnight Pass glorifies something entirely different.

Located at the very tip of Midnight Pass Road, The Pointe is surrounded on three sides by water. The views here are truly unique and amazing. The water views include Blind Pass and the Gulf of Mexico , the Jim Neville Marine Preserve, and the Intracoastal waterway. There is literally water everywhere, and it abounds with wildlife. You will also enjoy views of Casey Key and the Sarasota mainland.  Oddly enough, The Pointe does not have its own beach - but Turtle Beach is a short stroll up the road.

Units range from 1 Br up to large penthouse units. The Pointe consists of two towers of 61 units each. Considered a residential haven, The Pointe allows for rentals only with a 3 month minimum, and visitors are monitored strictly by security.

The Pointe has boat docks and offers fantastic canoe and kayak access, complete with racks to store them. Boat docks for up to 50 foot vessels are also available. This 5 1/2 acre resort offers tennis, fitness, pools and sauna, walking trails with sidewalks and benches, and an outdoor gazebo overlooking the preserve for cookouts and picnics. There is underground parking, and pets are welcomed.
