The Isles on Palmer Ranch

The Isles on Palmer Ranch is built right next door to its sister community, VillageWalk. With both communities developed by the same builder, The Isles offers a similar lifestyle but with a few differences. The community is not behind a manned security gate, as VillageWalk is. There is also more diversity in the style of homes available in the Isles; however like VillageWalk all properties are maintenance free. The Isles offers tennis, swimming, fitness and an active social calendar, with a social director on staff.

Although on Palmer Ranch, the community is a bit off the beaten path. The beach is about 25 minutes away, and downtown is approximately a 30 minute drive. The Isles, however, provides one of the truest “resort” atmospheres in Sarasota, and thus is popular for seasonal rental visitors.
