Located within the borders of popular Palmer Ranch, the Hamptons offers elegant homes without the fees that often accompany newer home subdivisions.

The Hamptons actually is comprised of three areas. Northampton offers traditional single family homes ranging to about 2500 square feet; Southampton offers maintenance free single family homes; and Westhampton provides a gated community with estate sized homes to 3,300 square feet.

The community is great for families. The Hamptons is districted for Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle School, and Riverview High School; the bus picks up the kids at the community pool, which is located in the middle of the subdivision.

The Hamptons has a community pool for residents, and sidewalks throughout. This is a great neighborhood for walking, biking and dog lovers. With lakes and preserves throughout the community, the Hamptons provides a great bird watching opportunity – as a matter of fact, the preserve at the back of the subdivision is home to several pairs of nesting bald eagles, which fly over the homes frequently. The lakes are stocked and offer hours of fishing fun for the kids.

The Hamptons is located on the northeast corner of Palmer Ranch, within a mile to grocery shopping, as well as 5 restaurants, several banks and coffee shops. It is also located about 1.5 miles, through quiet neighborhoods, from the Palmer Ranch Parkway entrance to the popular Legacy Trail.
