St. Armand's Towers

St. Armand's Towers represent two of the most recognizable buildings in Sarasota. Only a block from world famous St. Armand's Circle and across the street from the beach, the Towers offer one of the best locations in Sarasota.

The Towers were built in 1968 and offer 192 residences. The Gulf facing units provide spectacular nightly sunsets; other units boast sweeping Sarasota Bay vistas and the beautiful Sarasota skyline.

The beach is a few hundred feet away; South Lido Beach Park is a short bike ride. This park offers shaded picnic areas surrounded by the Bay and Gulf, and a popular canoe and kayak launch. With all this nature, it's easy to become a beach bum - however the Towers are also in close proximity to some of the best shopping and elegant dining in Sarasota - giving you the opportunity to be as upscale - or as casual - as you wish, all from the same location.

St. Armand's Towers have a state of the art fitness center, and a third floor outdoor pool and pool deck.
