Although secluded behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club, these units are very affordable and membership to the Club's golf and tennis is available, but not required. You can, however ,walk to all dining at the Club. The complex has a gulf front pool/spa and picnic areas; boat docks are also available to residents, and provide direct Gulf access.

Being at the very southern tip of the Key, this is a lifestyle which allows you to be oh-so-close to St. Armand's Circle, and only a short drive to Sarasota's exciting downtown. Pets are restricted to cats, no dogs allowed.  The community allows 1 rental per year, and it is limited to a 1 month minimum. But you won't want it rented too often - you'll want to keep this special location all to yourself.
