The Regency House is located along Sarasota's popular Gulf Stream Avenue, downtown Sarasota. The condominium has 80 units, many with sweeping Sarasota Bay views. These units look out over the bay, Marina Jack, Bayfront Park; Siesta, Lido, Longboat and Bird Key can also be seen.

The building has a doorman and secured parking. There is a card room, community room, fitness center and outdoor pool and sundeck. The residents enjoy an active social calendar. To the rear of the property is Palm Avenue, home to boutiques and art galleries; Sarasota's Main Street is a short stroll away.

Regency House was built in 1972 but has recently undergone renovations of public areas. Pets, however, are not allowed. Rentals are limited to 1 year minimum.
