Marina Bay is located on the bay side on Longboat Key, behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club, directly next door to the marina and cafe. There are three main building, each with four units per floor situated on five floors for a total of sixty units in Marian Bay. The buildings were built in two phases in 1990 and 1993 and pets up to 30 lbs are welcome.

Fabulous Sarasota Bay and the downtown Sarasota skyline provide beautiful vistas for the residents of Marina Bay.

Most units are between three and four thousand square under A/C. The complex offers a wide array of amenities including security, a heated swimming pool an spa, tennis courts, walking trails, cabanas, fitness center and a private beach club! Most units are assigned either one or two garaged parking spaces. Additional storage is available for bicycles and beach chairs!

Marina Bay is just a few minutes away from the beaches, Publix, world famous St Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota.
