Harbour Towne

Some communities just seem to have it all.  Harbour Towne is one such complex. Located virtually across the street from world famous Siesta Key Beach, you can walk to the white sand and won’t be battling anyone for parking space. But the community is also located directly on a private inlet, with fabulous water views and resident owned boat docks.

This condominium complex is gated and secure. The community offers a community pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Units are spacious, nearly 1500 square feet, and have garages.  Pets are allowed up to 20 pounds, but only for residents (not rentals) . Rentals are allowed at 1 month minimums up to 3 times per year – and for anyone looking for rental income, this is the kind of complex return to year after year.

Siesta Key Village, showing off its new face lift,  is a short bike ride away and is a great place to explore and grab a meal. There is plenty of parking should you prefer to take your car. Then again, you may want to simply walk across the street with a picnic, and watch the nightly stunning sunsets over one of the best beaches in the world.
