Foxfire

Foxfire presents one of the most unique opportunities in Sarasota. Not often do we see the combination of equestrian facilities, extensive lots, huge estate homes and low HOA fees – especially so close to town.

Foxfire is located just east of I-75, off Proctor Road. It is a short 2 mile trip to all the shopping, restaurants and banking you will need; as well as being a quick 10 minute trip to Doctors Hospital.

However, this community is as far from “in town” living as you can get. Pastoral lots from 2-5 acres offer Florida old growth and scenic lakes to set your canoe in. Horses are welcome, and the neighborhood, although officially deed restricted, has low HOA fees and no rules regarding boats, RVs, animals or cars. The homes in this community are often huge, ranging up over 5,000 square feet, and many provide spacious outbuildings. There is plenty of room to spread out in Foxfire, but you can be at the beach in under 30 minutes. You’ve got to love Sarasota.
