 Looking for a great beachfront condo on the white sand beaches of world famous Siesta Key? Crescent Arms is an excellent choice for vacationers and investors alike, as it has a flexible rental policy. The white sand stretches for miles in either direction from the complex, which is situated closer to the water than many of its neighbors, and has a spectacular view.

Like many condos on this part of the Key, Crescent Arms is made up of  gulf-side towers offering 1,2 and 3 BR units; and freestanding villas running from the main road to the beach. The tower has elevators, and a private secluded pool.  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.  

Crescent Arms has a management team and generous rental policy. There is a 1 week minimum during season, and rentals can be handled privately, or through the onsite offices. As the office will take walk-ins, many residents choose to have the company handle their rentals for maximum income.

Crescent Arms is located nearby the the Stickney Point causeway with easy proximity to the mainland for groceries, retail or dining options.
