Bay Island (Siesta Key) - Current Listings




Bay Island, located just over the north causeway to Siesta Key, was originally an "official" part of Siesta Key until a dredging project by developer Harry Higel isolated it. This waterfront community offers stunning homes with gorgeous views of the water, and the amenities of both Siesta Key and the mainland within easy reach. A few homes are under $1 million if they are not waterfront, but most range from $1.5 million to nearly $20 million for the famous Snook Inn Estate.

Siesta Key Village is approximately two miles away. A quaint "beach town" feel is evident throughout Siesta Key, which is known to be more casual than its sister keys.
